DREAM TECHNIQUES © 1.) The image technique - Concentrate only on visual images while falling asleep. 2.) The body technique- Concentrate entirely on your body while falling asleep. Notice your breathing, the way our leg and muscles relax, the heaviness of your arms. 3.) The image body technique- Concentrate on both imagery and your body. 4.) The ego-point technique- Imagine that you are only a "point" from which you perceive and think in the dream world. 5.) The image ego-point technique- In addition to the ego-point, also concentrate on imagery.
1.) Do not attempt to flee from a threatening dream figure. Rather confront him/her courageously. Look at him openly and ask him/her in a friendly way. "Who are you?" If the dream figure is still threatening or fearful say "Go in peace." or if confronted in a religious way in your dream hold a cross and say "Go in God's peace." 2.) Refuse dream figures insults or threats, but recognize his/her justified objection. 3.) Do not surrender to any attack by a dream figure. Show your readiness to defend yourself by taking a defensive position and by staring the dream figure in the eye. If a fight is unavoidable attempt to conquer the dream enemy but do not try to kill. 4.) Attempt to reconcile with the hostile dream figure in thoughts, words, and gestures. 5.) If a reconciliation does not seem possible, separate yourself from the figure in thought, word and or bodily withdrawal. Dream interpretations and words can be found in our Book: The Book Of Universal Light which you can purchase, or you can find dream dictionaries at books stores and local libraries to help in your interpretations.
