Your Guardian Angel©

From the very moment you were born
There’s been an angel next to you;
Guarding your heart, protecting your soul,
Though every precious thing you do.

Since the time that you were little,
Your angel’s been your friend, your guide,
Even when you felt so forsaken,
That angel has never left your side.

God knew that we would make mistakes,
He feared we’d lose our way;
So He created a helper to always lead us
Through each and every day.

Your angel seems so invisible,
No matter how hard you try and stare;
Believe the Heavenly creature from God
Will forever be right there.

Your protecting angel has always been
The one to keep you safe from harm;
The one to feed you when you’re hungry,
When you’re cold, to keep you warm.

During the times you’ve been in danger,
To your eyes they will appear;
Showing you the path to safety,
Always chasing away your fear.

They are your precious friend for life,
One thing that angels never do;
They will never turn and walk away,
Their job is to always care for you.

Let your angel be your heart,
Listen closely when they talk:
And know they will be holding your hand
As along life’s paths you walk.

Your angel is in love with you,
Don’t be afraid to let her know;
That your heart is always straight and true,
And God’s love in you will show.

How An Angel Prays©

My sweet Heavenly creator;
Thank you for making me;
So I can spread your words of love,
So the world your heart can see.

Let me teach to everyone,
Let your spirit within me show;
The truth of the love inside of you,
All you desire the world to know.

Thank you for making me what I am,
Your swift messenger of light;
Help me to listen to your plans
Through each precious day and night.

Don‘t ever let pride fill my heart,
My loyalty I’ve always shown;
Help me to always remember
I can do nothing on my own.

Remember the battle with Satan
When I listened to your voice;
And knew that by your side I belonged,
I know I made the very best choice.

Thank you for never giving up,
Though so many turned away;
Help me to always direct their paths
So that in your heart they stay.

Help me to point them to your love,
So that all may see your face;
May I always be able to meet their needs.
And remain within your grace.

Guide me in each special task,
Help me be the very best;
Help me hear what it is YOU want,
As I face each brand new quest.

And when the world is ready,
After Satan’s reign is through;
May I always remain very worthy
Of sharing a place in Heaven with you.

Let An Angel Hold Your Hand©

It's amazing what can truly happen,
How your life can be so grand;
When you give up trying on your own
And let an angel hold your hand.

All the loneliness inside of you
Will completely disappear;
When you realize you're not alone,
That your angel is very near.

Your life will become more meaningful,
As well as totally rearrange;
You'll be amazed at all that you can do,
At the blessings of the change.

You will be able to handle anything,
There is nothing you can't face;
With your angel there to lead you
Your entire life will fall in place.

Just give up trying on your own,
And allow your angel to lead;
All of Heaven's blessings will come to you,
Nothing else you'll ever need.

No matter what you are called to do,
How simple or complex the task;
Your angel will be there to show the way,
All you have to do is ask.

Don't ever let yourself feel discouraged,
Feel this thought within your soul;
All the things you've ever dreamed of
Will become a reachable goal.

So let your angel hold your hand,
Your life will be so complete;
Prepare to conquer the tasks of life,
There will be no battle you can't defeat.

On Silent Wings©

He looked in the mirror in his eyes one day,
Seeing sadness and despair;
Not wanting to believe the loneliness
That he'd seen inside of there.

He made a vow that very moment,
To try and turn his life around;
Thinking he could do it on his own,
Picking his life up off the ground.

He dedicated all his heart and soul
To unconditionally giving;
Letting his light shine on others,
Showing how life's worth living.

Later in life in the mirror he looked,
Over his face there spread a grin;
Looking amazed inside the soul of him
He saw his angel deep within.

He spoke to the angel in his heart,
To that spirit in his head;
And voiced these words of wisdom,
And this is what he said:

"On silent wings you've always been
The one to see me through;
Each step along the path of life,
You've been part of all I do.

Thank you for being here for me,
For never turning away to leave;
For never giving up on my heart
Even when I tried not to believe.

Thank you for helping me to see
Through the darkness of the night;
And helping me to be an angel
By guiding others to God's light."
