1.) DONATION FUND RAISER DAY FEES AREA: This day has been set up for every Friday of every month, whatever date it lands on.

OPEN TO  EVERYONE. No income discussions. You chose the fee range you feel you can pay by being honest in what you can pay. Donation day funds are used for special charity fundraisers where individuals are given a chance at choosing a fee range where these funds are used for specific fundraisers. 50 % of hour sessions are donated to the fund raiser. Please be honest in what you can pay. The 4 fee areas are:

 a.)  $800 hr. $500 30 min,

  b.)$600 hr. $450 30 min,

  c.) $400 hr, $350 30 min or

 d.)$250 for 30 min. You must ask for this area. It is not advertised. You must  call and schedule in advance and pay your fees to lock in these price ranges. No last minute clients or walk ins accepted. Fees are required before any services are given 763-535-7982

2.) SCALED REDUCED & SLIDING FEES AREA on psychic readings and business consulting only for qualifying incomes upon request. Based on income/household income. Minimum Based Income Fees are required, open on any day that scheduling time is available.  MUST INCOME QUALIFY FOR THIS AREA. Must be open and honest about income in order to have an accurate reading. Being Dishonest on income causes blockages and closes the doors. IF you can't be honest in what you can pay and your income, then we are not for you. It would only be a waste of your time because it would be lying and this causes blockages. Rose does know when you are lying, and if you are not being honest with her, how can you be honest with yourself and advance.

Strictly confidential fees worked out between us and the client. You must be able to discuss your earnings, support, or household income. If you do not wish to discuss your income, we cannot assist you. We must have some form of finances to gage the reading cost.

We are truly sorry but this area is not for those who can pay our flat fee but do not want to. Offering scaled fees to individuals in need due to situations beyond their control is our way of tithing (giving generously and hoping that others will do the same by passing it on or forward to someone else.)   Scaled fees are reduced fees to assist in these economic times.  Must call in advance to schedule and pay your fees to lock in the date and time. Fees are required before any services are given.

Our discussions are Minimum required based on income/support/household income/individual income. Some form of income, support or earnings is needed such as unemployment, savings, loan, student loan, disability, social security, financial assistance etc

 These sessions are done in 30 minute intervals starting at $50, on up for qualifying incomes. Again your income/household income must qualify and be honest! Please read above information completely. 763-535-7982

3.) FREE  Readings: 1ST THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH. MUST CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE!  ONE TIME READING. Rose has tried to help those, whom she can, with the amount of individual’s emails, mailed letter, phone calls, requests and such because of her accuracy with her God given gifts. Psychic readings are not a crisis life and death situation, but it can help to keep hope alive.

 Rose will continue to assist those in need as Rose has all her life. Free readings will be limited to those only in extreme situations or circumstances Proof maybe required; only by phone and one day a month.  We ask you to please call our office at 763-535-7982 to schedule your session time. First Come First Served Bases Only. Limited in Services, and number of people per day Rose will assist. Only 1 Day of acceptance for those in need will be the 1^st Thursday of the month. You will still need to call, qualify and schedule a session. All sessions are still done by scheduling. No in person sessions. All sessions are 15 mins per client only. You are required to pay for all phone calls. We do not accept financial or phone charges of any kind. We do not charge your phone bill. This is a direct call made by you and you cover all costs of the call and is a free service offered for a 15 min reading.

PSYCHIC READINGS: In person session where we come to you. If we come to your place (home, office) locally runs 30 min. Coming to you, Not locally, out of state, or international FEE + expenses.  Rose also does on site spiritual readings on homes/houses. Please contact our office for further information.

Home/House Spiritual Readings:  Rose has had near death experiences herself and communicates with the other side. Rose does on site spiritual readings on homes/houses where there is spirit activity. Rose does a reading of what she is picking up. The house/home reading must be done in person. She comes to the home/house directly. Fees are for an hour for the basic first reading. In the second reading an hour Rose will try to help with moving on, this takes extreme concentration and focus which is very exhausting, because Rose is the real thing.  In Reading Session 3 an hour, Rose will also give you information on what to do on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Missing Individuals/Unsolved Mysteries: Rose takes on limited individual cases through law enforcement and individual family clientele. Fees are for 1hr initial consultation. If Rose is brought on the case and travel is involved fees are hour plus expenses. Fees are negotiable within reason. Rose does not receive the money directly.
