 The Rules are set up by the Board of Directors, not Rose or Bernadette, and will be followed so there will be funding year around, or until the funding is depleted  completely before the year is out.

 

 

 

 

  

RULES

THESE ARE SET FEE RATES.
  •  MUST ASK FOR THIS AREA AND ACCEPT FEE RATES OFFERED.
  • PLEASE KEEP THIS INFORMATION OF THE INDIVIDUALS SPECIAL LOWER FEE THAT IS WORKED OUT BETWEEN THE INDIVIDUAL AND US STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.

  •  THIS AREA IS NOT A RIGHT OR DEMAND BUT AN SPECIAL OFFER.
  • WE DO NOT ARGUE WITH YOU OVER FEES OR BARTER.
  • THIS AREA IS FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO CANNOT PAY OUR FLAT FEES, AND NOT THOSE WHO DO NOT WANT TO.
  •  OUR READINGS ARE BASED ON TRUST, HONESTY, SINCERITY AND OPENNESS BETWEEN THE TWO PARTIES INVOLVED

  •  YOU MUST BE WILLING TO DISCUSS INCOME AND HAVE SOME SORT OR MEANS TO PAY. WE DO NOT GIVE FREE READINGS. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE SOME FORM OF PAYMENT AND EARNINGS READY

  • SOME MEANS OF PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY SESSION IS GIVEN. Payment is requested at the time of scheduling to lock in the time you requested.  Same day if the time is available, Usually within 24-72 hours due to event and scheduling changes.
  • Approved Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Bank Prepaid Card, Bank Debit Card with Master Card or Visa Logo On It.  Cash/Money Order/Bank money order. Must be received in the office before any readings are given. We are sorry we do not accept personal checks.
  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO DECLINE A CLIENT OR POTENTIAL CLIENT. If we feel it is not a good fit. We discourage co-dependency regarding our clients and limit the number of connections per year for readings and consultings.
  • WE DO NOT GIVE FREE READINGS. Anyone contacting us regarding free readings and stating they do not have any income, will be turned away. You MUST have some form of income or earnings. We are financially unable to provide or give this kind of service.

SET Scaled Fees, Unemployment Scaled Fees & Sliding Fees:

 are for those only who cannot pay the flat fee. They are based on your income/household income and our rates (and all incomes in the house  such as from significant others, husbands/wives etc. You must be willing to discuss your earnings & house hold income. If there are two earning incomes they are based on the combination of the two earnings added together. If you are unemployed, you must have some form of income to be given a reading. Fees are required. Documented Proof maybe required.

 We work with the client to the rate that best fits their needs and our scaled/sliding fee rates. There is a minimum base fee required.

SET Scaled Fees: (Lower fees)

Complimentary Taped.30 min Session Limited in Expertise Services Areas.  For incomes who qualify and meet requirements for special rates in lower fees/rates based on their income/household income.

This area is for individuals  who are unable to pay our flat fee range due to circumstances or current economic changes in their situations and want to pay what they can based on our fee rates minimum for this area. Proof maybe required.

This is not for high incomes, or low incomes but middle high to middle low (high incomes are required flat fee area).

We do not argue with the client on the fee rate offered. This is a special offer to assist individuals and not a demand or right for this area.  This is special lower fee assistance fee rate.

SET Unemployment Sliding Fees:

Complimentary Taped. 30 min Session. You must have an income coming in. We do not give free service. Unemployment Sliding Fee rates are based on the individuals past earning and current unemployment benefits or savings.  Proof may be required.

 Again this is a special confidential fee, worked out between the individual and Angelic Inspirations/Rose.  Minimum base fee required

Sliding Fees:

(Lower Economic Circumstance fees) Complimentary Taped. 30 min Session Limited in Expertise Services Areas to One subject. For incomes who qualify and meet requirements for special rates in lower economic fees/rates based on their income/household income.

This area is for individuals who are unable to pay our flat fee or scaled fee range due to circumstances or current economic changes in their situations and want to pay what they can based on our fee rates minimum for this area. You must have an income coming in. We do not give free service.

Each client is evaluated individually based on a number of factors. This is a special  income fee rate set up just for their income and strictly confidential.
