Connection To God
Dear Ones, this entity we write through will not be turned away from God. The Divine Essence will not let her. He helps her to feel her pain of dealing with those who walk in the dark side. What God does is gives souls many changes to walk the path of light. When they choose after many chances at the light, to walk the path of darkness, God lets them fall into traps and situations that they deliberately set up for others. If these souls who walk the dark side and path reach out to you to help them, and they truly want to be part of the light, you may help them, other wise do not associate with them or count them as your friends.
This only leads you to temptation and an acceptance of their ways. As souls here on earth, learning your lessons on your path of light and love, you do not accept this type of action or behavior. It is wrong, there is no halfway, either you begin to accept the dark side temptation by saying, "Oh this ones not so bad it is more in a gray area, and God won’t really care." This isn’t wrong, God does care. There are no gray areas. Only man has made these gray areas with the help of the dark side to justify his/her actions of wrong doing. This is mortal man’s way of excusing "sins" committed. God’s love and light. Archangel Michael.
 

Channeling
 Dear Ones, there are many ways of being drained in channeling when you are connecting with other souls. If the soul gives too much to other souls, this can be draining. Souls can feel draining and depreciated when it is using channeling to heal or help others. The soul can feel burned out when the gift of energy is not flowing both ways, from the healer to the receiver or when the receiver is not willing to accept the flow of giving energy. When there is a two way flow of love the souls can be energized and growth occurs. The soul will feel negative emotions such as obligation, anger, or resentment when its energy is being grained. Many souls are in situations which it feels the energy exchange is not equal. When the soul feel itself doubting, questioning its power, its interpretation and its path, talk to the souls higher self and the Divine Essence. These interpretations are voices of uncertainty and voices of challenge, to see how much the soul believes and trusts in itself. Trust that you will not be drained unless you really are being drained.
When the soul believes in love, desires and want it, the soul can create it more quickly. Emotions of the soul or other souls can be draining and exhausting only to the degree of which the soul allows it to be. The soul’s higher self is always speaking through your emotions. Exhaustion of emotions from other souls can continue on if the soul truly wishes to help, or until the soul stops this depletion by termination of the relationship or by speaking to the other soul of what the soul needs and wants. Then in this way, the balance an d flow of energy is equalized, energized and not further draining to the soul. god’s peace and love. Archangel Gabriel.
 

Channel Of Awareness & Meditation
Dear Ones, be a channel of awareness. In meditation as the soul calms and quiets itself down in breathing and thoughts it becomes more coherent and taps into still further powerful intelligence. The soul accesses greater awareness, a larger prospective and grater wisdom. Meditation for the soul is the gateway to this knowledge, the path to awareness. In meditation focus on a point above and beyond the head. This is the area many souls experience the voice of inspiration, sense their guardian angel or feel the presence of their higher self. Still other souls focus within. This process is closing of eyes and turning your attention inward. As the soul does meditation to seek answers from within, the soul moves into deeper meditative awareness and clarity. This same process can be extended to receiving guidance and insights in meditation. The guidance is drawn to you in a need to know and intention to apply the knowledge and helps the soul draw upon its own natural resource to its fullest extent. Dear Ones, it is important to remember receiving guidance in meditation, it takes practice, as well as using the guidance given and apply to the souls everyday life. god’s peace and love.  Meditation

Dear Ones, in meditation the souls mind sets aside normal thoughts and focuses on the ideal. In doing so the soul becomes a channel of energy that flows through the body. Meditation channels the life energies, the creative forces a sit quickens the awareness of the soul’s higher self. This energy is of God and meditation is a process of channeling this energy through the soul and aligns the soul’s consciousness with that of the higher self. If the soul first attunes itself to than ideal, the soul allows the whole being, mind and body to resonate with the spiritual energy of the ideal. When the soul’s thoughts are but directly on paper, it will reflect and express inspired writings, a channel of the higher self.. Dear ones, by focusing on the breathing meditations the soul can become a channel of inspiration. The soul has to have a willingness to trust in inspirational writings without first knowing what is written and requires a meditative frame of mind. Inspirational writing is a way to channel higher consciousness and help the soul grow in awareness as well as trust. When the emphasis is on the process of tuning into the souls feelings, not on being inspired with holiness or wisdom, inspirational writings are more enjoyable and attainable. God’s peace and love. Dear Ones, Meditation isn’t a period of doing nothing or when nothing happens. It is time during which the soul experiences other dimensions, other levels of reality, or vibration that influences it. Meditation improves the soul’s psychic sensitivity. Approach meditation in the spirit of attunement or attuning the soul to the highest, within. By the soul surrounding itself with light while mediating expresses one’s intentions and protects the soul from other influences while in this state. Meditation by concentrating on deep breathing can be a focus upon the ideal of free flowing spirit from within. In meditation when the soul’s mind is focused on a particular area of channel, the soul receives the energies of that wave length in a pure concentrated form. As the soul’s mind attunes itself to its ideals, the soul and the ideal merge into a single channel of energy. Dear Ones, the more perfect the attunement the greater the effect of energy. When the soul meditates, more so in this state then any other time it becomes a channel for spiritual energy to influence the soul in the pattern of the soul’s ideal. In mediation the soul focuses the energy of creation and in doing so shapes its influence on the soul. The spiritual energy, in the soul’s ideal comes through the soul and changes into physical intelligence within the body. In the bible, (that has been rewritten many times by man) in the Book of Revelations, John’s version is a symbolic description of what happens in the body of a mediator. To be specific, the psychic energy creates a certain pattern of physical effects. By mediation on the ideal of God consciousness, the body is prepared to become a channel of such an experience. Awakening of the Souls Light

Dear Ones, awaking the soul’s light can assist the soul in finding the soul’s purpose. It can further create inner illumination, mental clarity and an open heart to further harmonize with the higher energies surround the soul. As the soul gains a stronger connection with will act and think in higher and more loving ways. The soul's heart will be more open experiencing and understanding what it means to love as your higher self. As the soul awakens its soul's light you will achieve higher expanded states of consciousness. As the soul harmonizes it's energy light, the soul will become more magnetic to your higher good. Working with the light centers can enhance any other path or techniques your soul is using and enjoy. It can greatly enhance meditation or any therapeutic techniques the soul chooses. By working with the light energy centers the soul can create positive and real change. The soul can go to higher levels.
